Quality control:
1.Raw material:Choose 0 grade undersized grain titanium sponge;
2. Melting: 3 times vacuum melting plasma welding,sampling, flaw detection,remove the head and bottom;
3.Tolerance: 100% through type detection by infra-ray diameter gauge,insure h6,h7 tolerance.
4.Straightness: 0.3‰-0.5‰;
5.Flaw detection : 100% ultrasonic/turbine flaw detection to eliminate metallurgical defects and non-ferrous impurities.
