8. How can we make sure our quality?
1) Choose the best raw material (grade 0 or grade 1 titanium sponge) for medical titanium bar for bone joint.
2) Melting for three times for the material of titanium bar for bone joint
3) The turbine detector probes surface flaws above 3mm;
4) Ultrasonic flaw detection checks inner defects below 3mm;
Above points can make sure the inside quality of titanium bar for bone joint.
5) Infra-red detection apparatus control the tolerance of the whole titanium bar for bone joint
6) Straightness test platform to test the straightness of the titanium bar for bone joint

9. Tested by ourselves and third-party department
All the titanium bar(s) for bone joint are tested by tension tester, high-power microscope, Rockwell etc by us to ensure the properties and microstructure.
Meanwhile, titanium bar for bone joint should be tested by third-party department(BaoTi Test Center and Western Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.). Each delivery will be with the inspection certificate.
