0 grade undersized grain titanium sponge
We use the 0 grade undersized grain titanium sponge to produce the medical and aerospace titanium ingot.

ALD Vacuum melting furnace
The most advanced VAR melting furnace with full set of automatic control system.
Since September, 2017 to test run, after many batches test of different grades like Grade 3, Grade 5, Grade 7, Grade 23, the acceptance of the furnace and control software have been completed in September, 2019. The consistency of ingots’ chemical compositions is good. Yearly output is 1400 tons.
4500T forging hydraulic press
Titanium ingot forging is under the 4500 ton hydraulic machine and 1600 ton Hydraulic quick forging machine’s specific temperature range to press.
We have our own forging parameters for different grades and performance requirements’ titanium ingot, to make the breaking of grains even and sufficient.
Titanium ingot
We use our own titanium ingot, which is 3 times plasma smelted to produce the medical implants use titanium bar and sheet.
The chemical compositions are stable, consistency is good.
High precision grinding machine
For titanium bars’ straightness, surface and tolerance, we have our own control technique. The surface roughness can reach Ra≤0.8μm, and tolerance can reach h7.
Warehouse
We have the Titanium bar inventory area, Titanium sheet inventory area and printing, weighing and packing area.
Stocked around 50 tons titanium bars and 20 tons titanium sheets, can meet some urgent need orders.
