Recently our company had purchased a set of test equipment, which is Ode-c20a4o optical surface detector.
The scope of testing specification for 4.0 Ф Ф 24 mm diameter rod, for all kinds of surface defects (cracks, pits, etc.) has higher identification precision, minimum identification defect area of 0.01 m2, the highest detection rate of 30 m/min, which can realize good silk material of high efficiency and high precision end surface defect detection.
